JoyFest
Saturday, May 21
FREE Concert with park admission featuring POINT OF GRACE along with Jadon Lavik! Guests of all ages will enjoy a fun-filled day of rides, shows and attractions in addition to this special concert. Bring a group of 20 or more for additional savings. A 2005 JoyFest Order Form is now available. Dates are subject to change and seating for concert is subject to availability.

Ritmo y Sabor
June 25 - June 26
Telemundo Chicago and Six Flags Great America partner to bring Latin flavor to the park for the second annual Ritmo y Sabor celebration June 25th and 26th. Bring the entire family to enjoy top Latin Pop entertainment, regional Mexican music and meet popular Telemundo stars. There is something for everyone in the family! Two full days of Latin entertainment, the best rides in the Midwest and the brand-new Six Flags Hurricane Harbor make this a weekend you will not want to miss.

GospelFest
Saturday, May 16
GospelFest combines the enthusiasm of gospel music with the excitement of the Midwest's greatest theme park attractions. Throughout the day, enjoy performances by some of the hottest national and local gospel recording artists.

Fright Fest
October 8 - October 30
Beyond Your Wildest Screams! This October, Six Flags Great America will be completely transformed into a Halloween playground with props, facades, decorations and special effects during its 15th annual Fright Fest spooktacular! From thrilling rides and hair-raising live entertainment to Halloween themed children's areas, Six Flags has something for everyone this Fall! Special tickets and pricing are in effect for Fright Fest.

April 30 - June 19, 2005
Math And Science Days
This program is geared towards student's grades 4 - 8. Students measure, calculate and explore potential energy by performing experiments on our rides. Select any regular scheduled operating day of your choice.

Saturday, May 7
Boy Scout Day
Six Flags Great America is celebrating the 75th Anniversary of the Cub Scouts. Come and enjoy a day of fun and activities. Scouts and their families can also enjoy an all-you-can-eat meal that includes fried chicken, hot dogs, potato salad, pasta salad, chips, pickles, rolls and unlimited coke products. To purchase ticket please download the Boy Scout order form or contact your council office. A 2005 order form is now available.

Saturday, May 7
Girl Scout Day
This is a great opportunity to come out to the park for a great price. The entire family will love Six Flags Great America's 100 acres of thrilling rides, incredible shows and exciting attractions. Scouts and their families can also enjoy an all-you-can-eat meal that includes fried chicken, hot dogs, potato salad, pasta salad, chips, pickles, rolls and unlimited coke products. Picnic tickets are available only at participating Councils.

Wednesday, May 11 and Thursday, May 12
Physics Days
This program is geared toward high school grades 9 - 12. Students apply the laws and theories of physics by performing experiments on our rides. Again this year on Physics Days is a special All-You-Can-Eat Picnic Lunch served from 11:00 a.m. - 12:30 p.m. There is a maximum of 10,000 tickets available on each day. The park is not open to the General public, and season passes are not accepted. If your group is unable to attend either of these two days, they can select any other operating day. Friday, May 13
Marketing Day
This year we are proud to feature executives from Six Flags' advertising agency Doner, speaking on the advertising function of an integrated marketing campaign. They are the masterminds behind some of the most popular advertisements you see on television such as Blockbuster, La-z-boy, Mazda, Serta, and the "Mr. Six" campaign. Friday, May 13
Journalism Day
The day includes a seminar covering topics on Visual, Broadcast and Print media, Public Relations and also how to pursue a career in Journalism. Guest speakers in 2004 included: Jack Conaty, FOX News Chicago; Amy Jacobson, NBC 5 News Chicago; Dan Moran, The News Sun. Now your students can get more involved by entering the "You write the article" contest. This program is geared toward high school grades 9-12. Avon Walk Day   May 14
Six Flags Great America and the Avon Walk for Breast Cancer are partnering up to bring you a great day of FUN and FUNdraising! You can donate to a great cause and get a lower price ticket, or be a participant in the Avon Walk for Breast Cancer Chicago, which will take place June 4-5, 2005. Sundays, May 15, 25 and June 5
Dance Fest
This is a non-competitive dance event open to all ages. Performances include ballet, tap, jazz and novelty. Bring your family and friends to watch you perform on stage. Dates for performing are May 15, 22, and June 5 only. Click here for more information on Dance Fest.

Sunday, June 5
Summer Concert
Visit the park on Sunday, June 5 and enjoy activities throughout the day in Hometown Square. Check out Ashley Matte and Dishwalla, plus a DJ Dance Party. All activities are included with park admission. Concert seating is first come, first served.

Sunday, June 12
B-96 Teenie Weenie Bee-Kini Blast
Save $10 on the price of a regular one-day main gate General Admission and join all the B96 jocks and mixers, plus musical guests Frankie J, Baby Bash and Natalie for the party of the summer. Concerts are free with paid park admission. Ticket valid on Sunday, June 12, 2005. Some concert seating is general admission and first come, first served. Ticket does not guarantee admission into all concerts.

Survivor Open Casting Call

Catholic Family Day
Join in the Second Annual Catholic Family Day supported by the Archdiocese of Chicago! This event is a great time to bring your family together and enjoy a day of fun and worship. A mass will be held during the day at the Wilderness Theater. A 2005 flyer will be available soon.

June 29
The Great Race
The Great Race, presented by the National Guard will cross our finish line for a pit stop between 2:30 pm – 6:00pm. This cross-country race features vintage and antique automobiles. Volvo Auto Museum and local car clubs will also have classic cars on display.

Saturday, July 9
Deaf and Hard of Hearing Day
Bring out the entire family for this special day that is sponsored by Lake County Center for Independent Living. This day is designed to accommodate guests by having interpreters for shows. For more information on how to get tickets contact Lalaine at 847-949-4440 TTY/V or deafadvo@lccil.org. 

July 9 - July 10
Park Jam
Park Jam will knock your socks off! This year's event, presented in conjunction with Radio Disney, includes a variety of activities for the entire family to enjoy. Special appearances will be made by Radio Disney's Street Jam/Party Patrol. Double your musical pleasure with TWO headlining artists. Pop sensation Christy Carlson Romano will be performing on July 9. Teen sensation Aaron Carter will be performing on July 10. Christy Carlson Romano plays the voice of Kim Possible on Disney's animated show Kim Possible. Aaron Carter is the younger brother of Backstreet Boy Nick Carter, and is the youngest male artist to have four top 40 singles.

Sports Illustrated For Kids
No Limits Tour
This exciting event is bringing back the incredible skate board and BMX Stunt Team that has been entertaining audiences around the country, as well as fun activities and great prizes.

August 4 - August 7
Kids’ WB! Backlot Tour
Take part in this interactive experience which goes behind-the-scenes in the world of animation, showcases fall previews, engages viewers with their favorite backlot characters and encourages kids to take center stage and try out to be stars themselves on Kids’ WB! This fun event includes games and contests, animator demonstrations, character impressions and more!

September 8
Home School Day

Badgerette   October 9
